Om Ganapathy, an 8th grader at Benton Middle School, earned 2nd place in the Optimist Club of Bossier City’s Oratorical Scholarship Contest!🎤👏
Om did an incredible job representing BMS in a competitive field of student speakers. What an accomplishment!

On Friday, March 27, our BMS Choir students performed three songs from memory and earned a SUPERIOR rating from the judges!👏
They also took on sightreading—learning and performing brand new music on the spot during a timed session—as part of their overall score.
These students showed up, gave it their all, and represented BMS with true Tiger pride!
🎤 Be on the lookout for information about choir signups for next school year—including Choir Club during flex rotation!
